1. What the RM Does
Depending on the RM package purchased, the RM may:
- understand the Member’s partner preferences and expectations;
- discuss the Member’s requirements and priorities;
- review the Member’s profile and suggest improvements;
- identify potentially compatible profiles available on ShubhMangal Europe;
- shortlist profiles based on the Member’s stated preferences;
- share shortlisted profiles with the Member;
- communicate the Member’s interest to another Member, where authorised;
- facilitate communication between Members who express mutual interest;
- coordinate telephone or video introductions;
- assist in coordinating an in-person meeting where both Members agree;
- follow up with Members regarding an introduction;
- obtain feedback from the Member following an introduction;
- provide general guidance during the matchmaking process
2. The Role of the RM
The RM acts as a matchmaking facilitator and personal support contact.
The RM does not make matrimonial decisions on behalf of the Member.
The RM may identify and suggest potentially compatible profiles, but the Member remains responsible for deciding:
- whether to express interest;
- whether to communicate;
- whether to share contact information;
- whether to meet;
- whether to continue communication;
- whether to pursue a relationship
The final decision always remains with the Member.
