PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTRATION.
● The parties to this agreement are JP Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and THE CUSTOMER (Hereinafter referred to as Customer or Member)
● The domain name www.shubhmangaleurope.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is owned by JP Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt) as proprietor of Shubhmangaleurope (Registration number HRB 291825) (hereinafter referred to as "JP Services").
● The customer is the person who is accessing and/or using the service/s provided by JP Services and/or the accessing the website, its contents as user.
● The member is the person who register on the website by completing the mandatory steps.
● By using and/or accessing the services of JP Services and the website, the customer has agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned specifically hereunder:
1. Governing Act:
1.1) This document of Terms and Conditions is under the Art. 6 (1) (1) (d) GDPR and rules there as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
2. Third Party/ intermediary:
2.1) The customer hereby acknowledges and accepts that www.shubhmangaleurope.com is only a website that is providing the information uploaded by the other users on it with their consent.
2.2) The customer hereby acknowledges and accepts that JP Services and its website are only intermediary and act as a platform to enable any user to register themselves on it (by filling in the mandatory fields and optional fields, if any) to voluntarily search for profiles from the database of member, for seeking prospective lawful matrimonial alliances either for themselves or for the candidate. The admin staff of Shubhmangaleurope can update your registered mobile number and Email address on their request. However, for the same, the customer is aware that they need to provide correct and valid information.
3. General Conditions:
3.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that his/her intention is to seek prospective and lawful matrimonial alliances.
3.2) The customer must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy before the customer may become a member of Shubhmangaleurope. The customer agrees and acknowledges that when he/she becomes a member of Shubhmangaleurope, the period of the membership will be as per the selected membership plan.
3.3) By using and or accessing the services of JP Services and the website, the customer has agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions.
3.4) The customer must provide his/her full legal name along with ID (Identity) proof, current address, a valid email address, valid mobile phone number, and the documents needed (if any) to complete the signup process at the time of registration. The membership will be activated only upon verification of mobile number, registered email address and valid ID proof.
3.5) The customer hereby acknowledges and accepts that JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope will use the email address and mobile phone number provided by him/her as the primary method of communication.
3.6) The customer is responsible for keeping their own account password secure. JP Servies / Shubhmangaleurope cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage for his/ her failure to maintain the security of the account and password.
3.7) The customer shall not transmit any worms, spam, viruses or any codes of a destructive nature to the website.
3.8) The customer shall not use the services provided by JP Services UG/Shubhmangaleurope for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor shall he/she, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in their jurisdiction.
3.9) The customer agrees and acknowledges that he/she is aware of the policy of Shubhmangaleurope that multiple profiles of the same person are on the website. Shubhmangaleurope reserves its rights to deactivate/block such additional profiles without any notice and refund of fees.
3.10) The customer shall not use the website to promote other matrimonial services, websites, apps, companies, etc.
3.11) The customer agrees and acknowledges that the website shall not be used for commercial purposes.
3.12) Any person who disagrees, with any of the terms and conditions mentioned herein, shall not access and use this website.
4. Security Policy
4.1) The security of the personal information of customers is important to JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope.
4.2) To make membership payments JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope is providing the best possible third-party payment gateway on the website. The customer must go through the terms and conditions of the payment gateway, in case of any doubts.
4.3) JP Services /Shubhmangaleurope has reasonable processes and systems in place to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information other than those meant for sharing with prospects.
4.4) Any feedback provided by the customer to JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope shall be deemed to be non-confidential. The customer acknowledges and accepts that JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope shall be free to use such feedback without any restriction. Furthermore, by submitting feedback, the customer also acknowledges and accepts that it does not contain any confidential information about themselves and or any third party/ies. Therefore, the customer acknowledges and accepts that he/she is not entitled to claim any compensation or damages or reimbursement of any kind from JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope for the feedback.
4.5) The customer acknowledges and accepts that JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope has all rights to process the information provided by the customer through the automated process so that JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope will be in a position to provide suitable matches to the profile of the customer from the database of Shubhmangaleurope and Shubhmangaleurope may also send communication to the customer in this regard.
4.6) Please read and adhere to the privacy policy of JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope, which also governs the visit of the customer to the website, to understand our practices.
5. Content Policy
5.1) JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope does not warrant that any information or documents uploaded by other customers on the website will meet the customers’ expectations. The primary work of JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope is to work as an ‘intermediary’ between its customers and provide a platform to find prospective lawful alliances. The website only provides a platform and contains various profiles containing the information provided and uploaded by the customer themselves.
6. Payment of Fees and Mode of payment
6.1) The payment made by customers will be governed under the guidelines of the German jurisdiction.
6.2) The said payment made to the ‘intermediary’ JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope is only to access the profiles which are uploaded by other customers on the website.
6.3) For the convenience of the customer, the facility of a third-party payment gateway is provided on the website so that the customer can pay online for the intermediary services of JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope.
6.4) Activation of the services of JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope is subject to the realization of the payment, verification of mobile number, email ID and valid ID proof.
6.5) For refund, please read the refund policy on our home page https://www.shubhmangaleurope.com/refund-policy.
6.6) The payment will be accepted only in Euro.
7. Information uploaded by customers
7.1) Member shall provide valid ID proof as a part of the registration process. Members will only be allowed to access JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope features available on the website, after this document is provided.
7.2) In no case, the customer shall hold JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope responsible for the information uploaded by other customer.
7.3) The customer shall complete the procedure of registration with complete honesty and fairness.
7.4) The customer acknowledges and accepts that JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope is providing services to help its members find a life partner through the process of automated searching, shortlisting, and contacting potential matched profiles among the candidates of website.
7.5) The customer agrees that Shubhmangaleurope shares the details provided by the customer on the website on as is basis and Shubhmangaleurope shares the profile of the candidates with other members of Shubhmangaleurope.
7.6) The website is only to provide the interface to the registered members in order they can search life partner without any help from third parties.
7.7) The customer agrees and acknowledges that the system-generated search results are only of the profiles of registered members of JP Services /Shubhmangaleurope.
7.8) The customer agrees and acknowledges that automated system-generated results of matches are based on the partner preference set by each member of Shubhmangaleurope.
7.9) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services /Shubhmangaleurope cannot guarantee or assume any responsibility for any specific results from the use of data available from the services of JP Services or from the consortium of the website.
7.10) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services /Shubhmangaleurope may allow third parties to provide services like ‘kundali’, horoscope, catering, mehndi, photography, etc. However, the customer agrees and acknowledges that in no case, JP Services /Shubhmangaleurope shall be held responsible for the services provided by the third parties. JP Services /Shubhmangaleurope may also collect payment for such third-party services from the customer on behalf of the third parties.
8. Responsibility of the customer
8.1) The customer shall keep their username and password safe and shall not share it with any third persons.
8.2) In case of any modifications in the profile of the candidate, the automated system-generated results may also change.
8.3) The customers shall take due care and precaution while relying on the information provided by the members of JP Services /Shubhmangaleurope and before shortlisting the selected profiles. The customer shall satisfy him/herself through due diligence, before making a choice of match.
8.4) The customer agrees and acknowledges that, JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held responsible for any misrepresentation made by its other members.
8.5) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope has not done any verification of the information provided by its other customers and the customer is expected to verify the contents and credentials of the prospects like family background, annual income, degree, educational background, character, occupation, health status, marital status, location.
8.6) The customer agrees and acknowledges that they shall provide candidates’ latest photographs (one is mandatory) for better results. The customer agrees and acknowledges that photographs of third parties other than candidates may not be uploaded in any case.
8.7) The customer agrees and acknowledges that after marriage, he/she shall inform JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope via email in order for us to be able to delete his/her account. Alternatively, the customer can request to deactivate their own profile in website.
8.8) The customer agrees and acknowledges that the profile of candidate will be deleted in 30 days after the expiration of the membership.(unless the customer chooses to renew within 30 days)
8.9) The customer agrees and acknowledges that they shall not try to find a marriage proposal for any third person. In case any discrepancy is found, JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope shall take any action including terminating the membership (without any refund) of such member, with immediate effect. It may attract additional fines as well.
9. Featured advertisements
9.1) JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope may offer a service known as "Featured advertisements" where other service providers may pay a non-refundable fee to have their advertisements posted in selected locations on the website.
9.2) JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held liable for any of the featured advertisements, uploaded by other service providers that do not satisfy the expectations of the customer. Website featuring any advertisements shall not imply that it is guaranteeing the quality of its product/s or service/s.
10. Rights
10.1) JP Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is the owner of the content of the website with the exception of the content which is uploaded and posted by the customer him/herself.
11. Communication with members
11.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope shall use the e-mail address and phone number provided by the customer as a mode of communication with the customers.
11.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope may by way of email, voice call or text message provide information of additional/new services. The customer agrees and acknowledges that the mobile number provided by the customer is not registered with the do not disturb category.
11.3) The customer agrees and acknowledges that immediately after registering with JP Services/Shubhmangaleurope, he/she has given his/her consent to receive the communication from JP Service / Shubhmangaleurope for any information / events / notifications.
12. Chat / Messaging / Any communication
12.1) The customer shall not hold JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope responsible for the correspondence between two customers, including, however, not limited to the language used by any prospective customer.
12.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope has no control on the correspondence between two customers, including, however, not limited to the language used by any prospective customer.
12.3) The language used in the profile, chats, emails and phone calls i.e. use of improper, derogatory or offensive language is prohibited. The cases in which JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope finds a memebrs using/ has used improper, derogatory or offensive language in the profile description and/or chat and/or anywhere on the JP Services portal/website, JP Services reserves the right to block/permanently delete that profile immediately without any refund or without any warning.
13. Separated (Estranged) / Divorcee
JP Services /Shubhmangaleurope has added the following categories only for customers looking for a re-marriage.
13.1) Separated
i. The customer agrees and acknowledges that the customer who has registered the candidate in website under this category is legally separated.
ii. The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held responsible for the authenticity or legality of the separation.
iii. The customer agrees and acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the customer to check the authenticity or legality of the separation.
13.2) Divorcee
i. The customer agrees and acknowledges that the customer who has registered the candidate in website under this category is legally divorced.
ii. The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held responsible for the authenticity or legality of the divorce.
iii. The customer agrees and acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the customer to check the authenticity or legality of the divorce.
14. Indemnify
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope, its officers and employees, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, debts or expenses (including, however, not limited to attorneys’ fees) arising from:
i. The use of the customer and access to the website and/or the services
ii. violation of any of the above-mentioned term/s by the customer
iii. violation of any third-party right, including the privacy right of the customer
This clause will survive termination, modification, or expiration of these terms and conditions which means that the said violation shall not relieve the customer of the obligations arising or accruing prior to such violation.
15. The ability to accept these terms and conditions
15.1) The customer using the website is a minimum age of 18 years. The customer using the website should abide by the eligibility criteria, that of they are meeting age criteria for marriage.
15.2) The customer shall be of sound mind.
15.3) The customer shall be eligible to enter into a valid contract.
15.4) In case of a violation of the terms and conditions mentioned in 15.1 up until 15.3 JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held responsible.
16. Rights of Admission
16.1) The customer using the website should abide by eligibility criteria for getting married in legally permitted age.
16.2) The candidate shall be legally eligible to marry as per the law applicable to the candidate.
16.3) The customer agrees and acknowledges he/she is not prohibited, prevented by applicable law, from entering into a valid marriage.
16.4) The customer shall not use any images or information provided on the website for any recreational or pornographic purposes or repost any advertisements of this particular website to any other mediums claiming it as their own and utilizing its benefits.
17. Payment gateway
17.1) For the online payment options, kindly read the terms and conditions of our payment gateway.
18. Renewal Policy
18.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that the option of its renewal is not available after 30 days of the expiration of the existing membership.
18.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that if the membership is renewed, after the period of 30 days from the date of expiry of the membership, it may be treated as a new membership.
18.3) The customer agrees and acknowledges that during the period of the membership, the customer cannot keep the said membership on hold.
19. Dispute between Members
19.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that he/ she shall not hold JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope responsible, for any dispute that arises, with other member/s.
19.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for his/her own acts and communications on website.
19.3) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services and the website are not acting as a broker between any of the customers.
19.4) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope has no obligation to monitor such disputes.
19.5) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall not be made a party in case of such disputes.
20. Jurisdiction and applicable law
20.1) The customer registered with JP Services and availing any of the services of JP Services including the website is deemed to have entered the jurisdiction of Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
20.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that in case of any disputes, the governing law shall be that of the German jurisdiction and shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the court of law in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
21. Content Rights
21.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that www.shubhmangaleurope.com is a domain registered in the name of JP Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt). The customer agrees and acknowledges that the content appearing on the website, excluding content provided by customers and advertisements, belongs to JP Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
21.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that the customer is responsible for the content (both mandatory and optional) provided by him/her on the website in his/her profile including all the posts and communication with other customers. The customer agrees and acknowledges that he/she alone is the owner of all the content appearing on his/her profile on the website.
21.3) The customer agrees and acknowledges that he/she has given consent to JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope to use such content, by submitting such content on the website, to use the same anywhere worldwide. The customer also agrees and acknowledges that such a worldwide license, given to JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope is royalty-free and transferable to any other licensee. The customer also agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall be free to publish, display, advertise such content anywhere, make a public display of the same, distribute the same. The customer also agrees and accepts that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope, if needed shall provide such content to law enforcing agencies, produce it before a court of law.
21.4) The customer agrees and acknowledges that the content provided by the customer, if required, shall be deleted by JP Services /Shubhmangaleurope, without any notice which might be offensive, harmful, illegal, defamatory, obscene, or against public policy.
22. Breach
22.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that Shubhmangaleurope suo moto and/or through actions/ complaints from other customers that the customer is using the profile for the purposes other than for finding a prospective matrimonial alliance like physical favor, financial help, any type of personal relationship other than marriage, or that the information provided on the profile of the customer is not true, fake, false or that the information of the customer is misrepresenting, in such case JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope has all the rights to terminate your membership and deactivate the account/ profile, without any notice to the customer and in such case, the provisions stated in clause no. 28 ‘termination’ shall apply to the customer.
23. Packages
23.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope provides launch packages for a limited duration.
23.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that every member of JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope must take the launch offer.
23.3) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope does not provide services for any independent investigation of profiles that are suggested.
23.4) The customer agrees and acknowledges that identity proof can be verified by JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope. However, if found incorrect JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held responsible for the information provided by the customers.
23.5) Terms and conditions of the Gold Package:
The customer agrees and acknowledges that, within the launch package with Plan Duration is 365 Days effective from the date of payment.
23.5.1) The customer shall have access to the website.
23.5.2) The customer shall have a facility where members can
23.5.3) The customer shall have the opportunity to ‘express interest’ or ‘send a photo request’ to any members of Shubhmangaleurope. (The ‘Express interest’ option entails the customer being able to make other Shubhmangaleurope members aware of his/her interest in their profile.)
23.5.4) The customer shall have the option called ‘viewed my profile’ where the customer can see the members of Shubhmangaleurope, who have viewed his/her profile.
23.6) Terms and conditions of the Silver Package:
The customer agrees and acknowledges that, within the basic package with Plan Duration of 365 Days effective from the date of payment.
23.6.1) The customer shall have access to the website.
23.6.2) The customer shall have a facility where members can
23.6.3) The customer shall have the opportunity to ‘express interest’ or ‘send a photo request’ to any members of Shubhmangaleurope. (The ‘Express interest’ option entails the customer being able to make other Shubhmangaleurope members aware of his/her interest in their profile.)
23.6.4) The customer shall have the option called ‘viewed my profile’ where the customer can see the members of Shubhmangaleurope, who have viewed his/her profile.
23.6) Terms and conditions of the Bronze Package:
The customer agrees and acknowledges that the bronze package with Plan Duration of 365 Days effective from the date of payment.
23.6.1) The customer shall have access to the website.
23.6.2) The customer shall have a facility where they can only search profiles.
23.6.3) The customer needs to upgrade the membership plan as silver or all in one to available other facilities.
23.6.4) Other members can send and see your profile and can send express interest
24. Customer care / Data Privacy officer
24.1) Customer care
Whenever the customer has inquiries or complaints regarding JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope’s services, then he/she may contact JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope through the contact form provided in the website or write an email to contact@shubhmangaleurope.com

25. Limited liability
25.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope is a third party and in case of the exchange of profiles through or by Shubhmangaleurope shall not, in any case, be held as matrimonial offer advice and or recommendation and or suggestion and or any kind of guarantee to the customer by JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope.
25.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope, its partner/s, director/s, officers, staff, employees, power of attorneys or authorized representatives shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, and or consequential damage resulting from the use of the website or services provided by JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope.
25.3) The liability of JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held more than the amount paid by the customer to JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope for the membership.
25.4) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held responsible in cases where the marriage arising from a match through Shubhmangaleurope, results in divorce.
25.5) The customer agrees and acknowledges that the partner/s, director/s, officers, staff, employees, power of attorneys or authorized representatives of JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held responsible if a staff member/s approaches another member/s with the proposal of marriage and the other member/s does not respond back.
25.6) The customer agrees and acknowledges that the partner/s, director/s, officers, staff, employees, power of attorneys or authorized representatives of JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held responsible, the customer enters into an agreement with other member/s of JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope.
26. Verification
26.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope has accepted the documents provided by the customer. JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall not be held responsible if said documents provided by the customer are forged, false, incorrect, or tampered with.
26.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that it is not the responsibility of JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope to investigate and/or check the validity of documents provided by the customer.
27. Event
The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope conducts various events for its customers. The said events may get conducted by JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope regularly. JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope inform its customers about the same through notifications. JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope also provides registration forms for the said events/gatherings.
Incase you are registering for any event following applies
27.1) The customer agrees and acknowledges that he /she shall read all criteria such as Age, Marital Status, Who can participate, etc. before registering for any events conducted by JP Services UG.
27.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that the registration is non-transferable, i.e. no other person shall use the said registration entry made by the customer and only the customer shall use the same.
27.3) The customer agrees and acknowledges that he /she shall reach 15 mins before the scheduled program at the Venue Scheduled/Fixed by JP Services UG for the same.
27.4) The customer agrees and acknowledges that he /she shall carry a valid ID proof along with him/her while attending the event conducted by JP Services UG.
27.5) The customer agrees and acknowledges that he/she shall be notified by e-mail/s in case of any more terms and conditions, in addition to this, are to be informed.
27.6) The customer agrees and acknowledges that JP Services UG will take photos of the event and also make video to publish on social media.
28. Termination
28.1) In case of failure on the part of the customer, to comply with any of the terms and conditions, JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope reserves the right to terminate his/ her membership without any notice or explanation. Furthermore, in the occurrence of the termination of the membership, the customer agrees and acknowledges that the full amount paid by him/her to JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope shall be forfeited.
28.2) The customer agrees and acknowledges that in case of termination, the customer’s right to use the services of JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope including the website shall be ceased immediately.
28.3) This clause will survive termination, modification, or expiration of these terms and conditions which means that the said termination shall not relieve the customer of the obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.
29. Right to modify terms and conditions
29.1) JP Services / Shubhmangaleurope reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, at any time without any notice.
