Payment of Fees and Mode of Payment

1) The online payment would be by the prevailing local German regulations guidelines.

2) However, the said payment made to the ‘intermediary’ JP Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is only to access the profiles which are uploaded by other users on the website.

3) For the convenience of the customer, the facility of third-party payment gateway is provided on the website so that the customer can pay online for the intermediary services of JP Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

4) Activation of services of JP Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt)/Shubhmangaleurope is subject to the realization of the payment and completion of verification process.

5) The customer also acknowledges and accepts that if a situation arises, where the account is activated before the realization of payment, JP Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt) has every right to deactivate your account, without informing the customer.

7) The membership payment once paid by the subscriber is not refundable, However, local German regulations are applicable (within 14 days of payment). If you have already used the service before you cancel, JP Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt) will deduct the compensation for loss. For example, if you have opted the plan which offers 5 profile view, the amount will be deducted based on the usage i.e. if you have seen 1 out of 5 profiles, 20% membership payment excluding tax will be deducted. If you have seen all 5 profiles, 100% deduction applies and you are not eligible for any refund.
