Shubhmangal Europe – Platinum Plan

1. Service Scope
The Platinum Plan is a premium matchmaking support service provided by Shubhmangal Europe. The service includes personalized assistance through a Relationship Manager (RM) and curated profile sharing as per the plan features.
Shubhmangal Europe does not guarantee marriage or engagement outcomes. The service is limited to introducing potential matches and providing facilitation support.
2. Relationship Manager (RM)
Each Platinum member will be assigned one Relationship Manager (RM) who will:
• Understand the member’s expectations and preferences
• Suggest and share potential profiles
• Facilitate introductions with consent
• Provide general guidance during the matchmaking process
The RM will not make decisions on behalf of the member and will not force any match. Final decisions always remain with the member and their family.
3. No Guarantee of a Match
The PRM Service is intended to provide personalised assistance in the search for a life partner.
However, ShubhMangal Europe does not guarantee:
that a suitable match will be found;
that a particular profile will be available;
that a suggested profile will respond;
that an introduction will be accepted;
that Members will communicate;
that communication will lead to a meeting;
that a meeting will lead to a relationship; or
that the Member will marry as a result of the PRM Service.
The availability of potential matches depends on the Member's requirements, the available Member pool, location, preferences, mutual interest and other circumstances.
4. Member Responsibilities
Platinum members agree to:
• Provide true, complete, and updated personal information
• Communicate respectfully with other members
• Use the service only for the purpose of finding a marriage partner
• Not misuse personal information of other members
• Inform Shubhmangal Europe of any significant changes to profile details and preferences
Shubhmangal Europe reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of misuse, misrepresentation, or inappropriate behavior.
5. Verification and Information
ShubhMangal Europe may have verification processes for Members as described in its existing platform policies.
However, the RM's suggestion of a profile does not constitute an independent guarantee of the accuracy of all information provided by that Member.
The Member should make their own enquiries and decisions before entering into a personal relationship.
The existing ShubhMangalEurope Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy govern verification and personal-data processing.
6. Outreach on Member’s Behalf
By agreeing this terms and conditions, member is giving consent to RM for:
• Contact potential matches on the member’s behalf
• Share profile information (excluding name, contact details, address) with available and approved photos to initiate communication
No personal contact details will be shared without explicit consent from both parties.
7. Validity & Non-Transferability
• The Platinum Plan is valid for the two years
• Membership is non-transferable
• Services cannot be used on behalf of another person
8. Assigned RM and availability of RM
ShubhMangal Europe may assign a specific RM to the Member.
Where reasonably necessary, ShubhMangal Europe may change the assigned RM, including because of staff availability, leave, illness, workload or other operational reasons.
A change of RM does not affect the Member's contractual service period.
Availability:
The RM is a human-assisted service and therefore communication frequency may vary depending on:
the Member's requirements;
availability of suitable profiles;
Member responsiveness;
the stage of the matchmaking process; and
operational circumstances.
Unless specifically stated in the purchased package, the RM service does not guarantee a particular number of calls, messages or meetings during a particular week or month.
